VB Watch add-in:
- Fix: properties (but not procedures and functions) were instrumented in excluded modules
- Fixed Error -2147467259 "Method '~' of object '~' failed" in GetTypeLibInfoFromFile

VB Watch Profiler:
- Possibility to load a .lst file containing a list of pfl/pfd (write one per line)
- Fixed Error 20476 "The FileName buffer is too small..." in OpenSessionFile

VB Watch Protector:
- vbwFunctionsVB6.dll: Fixed the ZipDirectory function, so that it is able to compress
  to any destination instead of just the directory to zip.

- Fixed instrumentation errors with conditional compilation constants

VB Watch Protector:
- vbwFunctionsVB6.dll 2.0.4 fixes an issue for the SendMail function
  that appeared after Outlook was updated in a recent MS critical patch.
  Just replace the old vbwFunctionsVB6.dll with this one in your 
  installation packages. 
  To be found in the \Program Files\VB Watch 2\Redist\ folder.

VB Watch Debugger:
- Fixed Error 35600 "Index out of bounds" in a few places
