The newly updated Project Analyzer v8 reviews and documents all Visual
Basic code from classic VB up to the latest VB.NET 2005.

New features:
* Diagram your code: complete dependency diagrams, call diagrams, class
  hierarchy, data flow, instantiation diagrams.
* Visio diagramming support.
* Find dead enum constants, fields and unset function return values.
* Find semi-dead flaws: variables and fields that are read, not written.
* Analyze "in" and "out" parameters. Fix ByRef/ByVal. Find side effects.
* Find bad code: uncommented lines, missing initializers or defaults.
* Analyze constants and enums for duplicates and bugs.
* 20 new reports. Find reusable subsystems and bad non-cohesive classes.
