Guarantee and terms of purchase
All Aivosto software comes with a full 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are not perfectly happy with the software you bought, you may get your money back in 30 days of purchase. The only requirement is that you follow our uninstallation and/or deactivation instructions.
Rather than resorting to the guarantee immediately, we hope that you write us and tell us why you are not happy. If we can't solve it, you may still get your money back, even after 30 days.

Terms of purchase
Payment. Please refer to the Order instructions. The prices displayed on this website are exclusive of any sales or value-added tax.
Delivery is via email. Online orders are delivered same/next day, max 48 hours. You will receive an email with a download link and/or keyword to unlock the product. There is no CD, DVD, printed manual or product box.
Online product activation may be required. Activation is possible on both online and offline computers.
Support. Technical support is free via email.
License period is perpetual. No ongoing maintenance fees. Fontitin, Project Analyzer, VBA Plug and Visustin licenses include new installations for 3 years after purchase. After that time, purchase of renewal or upgrade may be required to install. Backup downloads are generally available to existing customers for a reasonable number of years.
Minor updates are free within the same major version number for Fontitin, Project Analyzer, VBA Plug, VB Watch and Visustin. As an example, v1.0 to v1.1 is a free update, but v2.0 is not. No free updates are guaranteed to come out.
License upgrade terminates existing license(s) in 30 days of upgrading. An upgrade to an equal or a larger license size terminates the previous license in full. A partial upgrade to a smaller license decreases the previous license accordingly.

License terms (EULA) vary by product and version. Current terms include:

The license terms are also included with each program, either in the help file or a file called license.txt. Unfortunately we cannot license on any modified terms. The terms are fair and allow normal use of the software. We intend to keep you as a happy long-time customer.
